As for my recent stay in the Mosel valley, the hotel was conveniently located close to the center, castle, and transportation. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and had good parking.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was polite and accommodating. The hotel's location was ideal for my business trip as it was close to my business meetings and conveniently close to dining and shopping facilities. Plus, the hotel provided free parking, which was an added bonus.
My room was outdated. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the room felt cramped.

During our romantic escape, we loved the exceptional cleanliness and outstanding facilities of the property. the breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the food was exceptional. the location was perfect with an easy walk to the town area and plenty of parking spaces.
Our room was situated near a noisy road which we could hear from our room at times. we were disappointed with the fact that we had to pay extra charges for staying on a Sunday and Saturday, and we didn't feel as though we were treated correctly with the billing.

the spacious rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the al fresco meal at the castle above the hotel and the free entrance tickets to the castle as well. the quiet location was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work.
One small aspect that could be improved was the need for a bit of redecorating in the entrance and staircases.
